Artist Bio

Bridie Weaver is visual artist living and working in Central Queensland, Australia. With a practice spanning the disciplines of printmaking, installation, sculpture, and projection art, Weaver investigates the fragments of place that we carry with us. Recently working with the content of dreamscape, history, and memory, she seeks to express the instability of remembered and imagined places.

Exhibitions to recently feature Weaver’s work include Shifting Skies and Shifting Seas: Entrepot Gallery TAS (2022), the Fremantle Art Centre Print Award: Fremantle Art Centre WA (2021), Curtin Graduate Exhibition: Curtin University WA (2021).
